Ravi Gunti - India Operations Director

Ravi joined NuView in August 2010 to head up NuView Systems India operations.  Ravi has 15 years of Software Industry experience under his belt, having worked in the US for ten years at Technosoft Corporation and Jackson National Life in Lansing, Michigan and Tata Consultancy Services in India.  Complementing his strong technical skills, Ravi returned to India with Sunera Technologies where he developed and managed outsourced teams in India for US companies.  He gained considerable experience in operations, project management, recruiting and managing tight deliverables for large software projects. Key competencies that led to his success included developing strong communication skills, bridging the cultural gap, creating a work environment that led to happy teams executing together with onshore US teams.

As Head of the Operations for NuView’s India office, Ravi is responsible for recruiting and managing the technical resource pool to deliver for development needs.  Closely supporting the development effort the majority of NuView quality assurance program also falls under his control.  Ravi works with Technical operations at the corporate headquarters to deliver development projects on time, manage the upgrade, bug fix and custom configuration teams.
